Ricardo Wray MPT, CMTPT
Ric graduated from Mercy College, NY in 2005 with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy. Since the inception of his career, he has practiced in outpatient orthopedic clinical settings with an emphasis on manual therapy interventions. His skills were honed in San Francisco until 2018 when he and his family moved to Nashville, and ultimately relocated to Maryland in 2020, during the height of the pandemic.
Ric utilizes the Maitland approach to intuitively evaluate and treat his clients. He was exposed to trigger point dry needling therapy in Nashville, and had the opportunity to become a Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT) through Myopain Seminars in the fall of 2020.
Ric is a lifelong learner, and looks forward to taking courses offered by The Institute of Physical Art, and incorporating Functional Manual Therapy into his work with clients.
Ric is a movement enthusiast, who prides himself in staying active. However, when he is not working out or participating in some form of sporting activity, he can be found reading his current favorite fantasy novel.
